PM Kisan Yojana was launched in 2019 by the central government to help farmers financially and provide them with hope for a better future.
As of now, the government has released 17 instalments of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The 17th instalment was credited directly to the bank account of farmers in June 2024.
Now the farmers are waiting for their 18th instalment. To receive the money, all the farmers need to eKYC process. If you have not done PM Kisan eKYC yet, the 18th instalment will not be credited to your bank account.

PM Kisan eKYC Process 18th Instalment
eKYC stands for electronic Know Your Customer. It’s a process to verify your identity electronically using your Aadhaar number.
The Indian government uses eKYC to ensure benefits reach the deserving beneficiaries.
There are two ways to do eKYC for PM Kisan Yojana. One is you can complete the process on your own but it is better to visit your nearest CSC Centre to complete this process without any issue.
- Online: Visit the official PM Kisan website pmkisan.gov.in/
- On the homepage, Navigate to the ‘Farmers Corner‘ section.
- Click on ‘e-KYC‘ and enter your Aadhaar number, registered mobile number, and the received OTP to complete the process.
Most of the farmers will find it difficult to do this job on their own. Hence, we recommend you visit the Common Service Center with your Aadhar card.
They will complete the registration process without any mistakes as they have experience with these government schemes. If you do not complete eKYC before the release date, then you will not receive this instalment.
